Refund Policy

We stand behind our work and are firmly commited to make your visit a memorable experience.   If any of our Styling \ Color  jobs are  questionable or not up to your standards please contact us by phone or E-Mail within 24 hours after your  service has been  performed.   A consultation will need to be scheduled with the same or different Stylist to see if  issue can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily in house before a refund is disbursed.    No refunds will be  disbursed without a consultation!    Work done by another Salon after your appointment with Cool Looks Salon Studio nullifies our guarantee!
